BRAGGING RIGHTS

Student's Success Stories

Is there anything sweeter than SUCCESS? We think so, it’s called SHARING!

We have so much fun sharing the successes of our students and clients. We just have to brag on them a little bit to cheer them on.

Come cheer along with us. Hopefully, we’ll be cheering for YOU soon!

Justin Ricklefs

Justins’s article was first published on Huffington Post, and now has more than 649 THOUSAND likes! It was republished two days later on The Good Men Project, and another 35 thousand there, which was an example of one of the promotional tactics that we teach in the course.

Tor Constantino

Tor didn’t start out at The Good Men Project writing “Advice and Confessions” stuff — but it turns out he’s a natural. His article was at the top of the “Popular Now” list and generated almost 23K engagements on Facebook alone! Tor says “The course definitely helped me focus on the “me too” element as well as something Dixie mentioned on last week’s call about tapping into universal themes.”

Steve Sponseller

Steve was thrilled to see his first article accepted for Entrepreneur. With over 800 tweets and almost 300 Linked In shares, Steve’s making some waves!

Jasmin Newman

Jasmin’s article for The Good Men Project was so delicate she edited it many times before she felt she’d done it justice. Focusing on stories told to her by three male survivors of sexual abuse, the article was a difficult read for many people. But Jasmin is dedicated to helping men heal through having their stories heard, and she put the work into messaging Men’s Health sites about republishing it. Men’s Health South Africa picked it up! Jasmin will be traveling from Australia to the US for a conference hosted by another Good Men Project writer and is is now working with two of the men featured in her article to bring an integrated healing workshop to Chicago this November. All because of one article!

If you have the chance to collaborate in any way with Dixie, do it. Now and often. Your audience will thank you.

Barbara Abramson

Barbara’s first article on The Good Men Project quickly took off on Facebook, generating over 2000 engagements! Better than that, it made The Good Men Project’s top list for the week, at over 5100 page views, and was tweeted by coparently.com.

Doug Wagner

Doug had an article he wanted to pitch for The Good Men Project, but he didn’t feel it was quite on brand. He reviewed the mission statement, tweaked the article to match, and it was accepted. Since then he’s been interviewed for articles in two different publications in their business section focusing on his business. Way to leverage that opportunity!

Gaye Groover Christmus

Gay’s first article on The Good Men Project rode the “Most Popular” column for several days, generated more than 3,500 engagements on Facebook, and was selected the the Executive Editors to be sent to media partners for republication!

Like many writers, I had been hustling and producing a ton of content, but struggling to get good exposure. Previously, I had submitted to large websites but never heard anything back. After speaking with Kimanzi, I am now a contributor for Huffington Post, MindBodyGreen, and Entrepreneur.
